Ashland State Park is a stunning recreational area that spans over 470 acres. It features the picturesque Ashland Reservoir, where visitors can enjoy activities such as boating, fishing, and observing wildlife. During the autumn season, swans make their way to the park and spend their family vacation there, sometimes even with their adorable babies. They typically depart in early winter. Seeing them regularly gives me a sense of reconnecting with old friends. Inspired by their presence, I decided to capture their beauty in a watercolor painting. It seems like they appreciated the idea and even posed for me. 😉
